PRIVACY POLICY
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Privacy Policy regulates the manner of collecting, using, processing, and protecting personal data of users of the website www.ladyb.world (hereinafter: the “Website”).
Beonova d.o.o. Beograd (hereinafter: the “Merchant” or “we”), with its registered office in Belgrade, at Danila Lekića 31, Company Registration Number: 20897619, Tax Identification Number: 107921013, as the controller of personal data, respects the privacy of users and undertakes to process personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia, including the Law on Personal Data Protection.
This Privacy Policy explains which data we collect, for what purposes we use them, how we process and protect them, as well as what rights users have regarding their personal data.
2. DATA THAT IS COLLECTED
We collect only the data necessary for the realization of purchases, provision of services, and functioning of the Website.
The data that the user may provide during registration, product ordering, or communication with the Merchant include:

• delivery address
• e-mail address
• phone number
Data related to the order may include:
• data on ordered products
• payment method
• data on completed purchases and orders

3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The Merchant processes users’ personal data exclusively to the extent necessary for achieving the purpose of processing and lawful business operations, particularly for the purpose of:

After the expiration of the retention period, personal data are deleted, anonymized, or their processing is restricted, unless there is a legal obligation for their further retention.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.
If the user believes that the processing of their personal data has been carried out contrary to applicable regulations, they have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

The Merchant may use users’ personal data for marketing purposes exclusively with the user’s prior consent, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Data may be used for sending notifications about products, promotional offers, promotions, and other marketing content through available communication channels.
The user may withdraw their consent for receiving marketing messages at any time or request that their data no longer be used for marketing purposes, without affecting the purchase of products or the use of Website services.

Although the Merchant undertakes reasonable data protection measures, data transmission via the internet cannot be considered completely secure, and therefore data are submitted at the user’s own responsibility.
15. MINORS
The Merchant does not knowingly collect personal data of persons under the age of 15 without the consent of a parent or legal representative, in accordance with applicable regulations.
16. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The Merchant reserves the right to amend or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time, in accordance with applicable regulations and business needs.
All amendments to the Privacy Policy shall be published on the Website in a timely manner and shall enter into force on the date of publication.
